Service professionals spend their entire days holding space for others. Overtime, constantly showing up for everybody else can become mentally and emotionally heavy.
Burnout and turnover costs businesses time, energy and money- especially in people-facing environments.
The program was created to provide intentional reset support, protected conversation space, and moments to decompress without constantly filtering yourself. Because the people constantly taking care of everybody else need space too.
Includes:
- 2 On-site visits per month: confidential one-on-one employee conversations
- Leadership debrief following each onsite visit
- 60- day engagement summary report
Monthly Sessions Breakdown:
- Up to 10 staff members receive monthly sessions (2 session per month)
